Blue Sky Electrical & Construction respects the privacy of everyone who contacts the business or uses this website. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what happens to it.

What this site collects

The contact form on this website collects your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. Those details are used to respond to your enquiry and to quote the work you asked about. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

This website also uses Google Analytics, which records anonymous usage data such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. That data does not identify you by name.

Pages that display a map load it from Google Maps. Google may set cookies when that map loads.

Where enquiries go

Form submissions are sent to the customer management system Blue Sky Electrical & Construction uses to track enquiries and quotes. They are readable by the business and by anyone the business authorises to handle enquiries. They are not sold, rented or traded.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to quote and complete the work, and afterwards for the period required for warranty, tax and insurance records. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time, unless they form part of a record the business is legally required to retain.

Your choices

This website is served over HTTPS, so information submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and no guarantee of absolute security can honestly be given.

Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
